We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and information on our website are accurate. Colours, finishes and appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, screen settings and the nature of individual products.

Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete payment.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.

If we are unable to fulfil an order because an item is unavailable, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund or alternative where agreed.

Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will contact you if we become aware of a significant problem with your order.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Nothing in these Terms of Service or our Returns & Refunds Policy affects your statutory rights.

Gift boxes

Where we offer a build-your-own gift box, you are responsible for selecting the products you would like included. Product availability is subject to stock.

A gift box containing your choice of standard products is not automatically treated as a personalised or custom-made product for the purposes of your statutory cancellation rights. Where a product is genuinely personalised or made specifically for you, this will be made clear before purchase.

Product safety

Candles, wax melts, home-fragrance products and other items must be used only as directed and in accordance with the safety information supplied with them.

Keep candles and other burning products away from children, pets and flammable materials and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The terms that apply to your purchase will be those in effect when you place your order.
